There are No hidden fees!
Purchase Price
- No activation fee when you get it online. Up to $4.95 at a retail store. (Up to $6.95 for the NASCAR® Prepaid Visa Card.)
Monthly Charge
- $5.95 per month. BUT... you'll pay no Monthly Charge in any month in which you have at least 30 qualifying purchases post to your account or load at least $1,000!*
Cash Withdrawal Fees
- No ATM charge at thousands of MoneyPass® ATMs nationwide.
- Free cash withdrawals when you ask for "cash back" during checkout (where available).
- $2.50 for teller cash withdrawals and out-of-network ATM withdrawals, plus any fee the ATM owner may charge.
Other Fees
- No charge for balance inquiries at participating ATMs. You can always check your balance for free online, by phone, and by text. Balance inquiries at non-network ATMs cost $0.50.
- Lost/Stolen Card replacement: $4.95.
- Second Card: $4.95 (Free for Prepaid Student Card.)
- No charge to reload your card with Direct Deposit. Reloading your card at a retailer will cost up to $4.95.
- If you use your card at merchants outside the 50 United States, a fee equal to 3% of the transaction amount will apply.
